I was especially confounded by the dialog boxes that posed
imponderable questions and then offered buttons with equally
incomprehensible answers:
Aren't you sure you don't want to save
this? Yes, I don't. No, I will.

Of course, the documentation read like it was written by a French
techie who'd taken two years of high school Japanese. And, if that
wasn't bad enough, the software itself should have had subtitles.
